Last Girls at the Party

Drama

A 90's drama short film about five girls, each hiding their own pain, cross paths at a chaotic college party. one unforgettable night leads to their paths colliding in unexpected ways. When one of them is revealed to be in an abusive relationship, the others come together to protect her and discover strength in girlhood. Last Girls at the Party is a raw, intimate portrait of vulnerability, healing, and what it truly means to be a girl in a world that tells you to keep it all in.

A Note From The Director

Directing this film is not about creating a visual world for others to enjoy, it’s about honoring the emotional truth of keeping it all inside and then accepting that it’s okay to feel and let it all go. Every look, every character, every story, every little detail holds weight in this film. I wanted to create something that felt authentic, nostalgic, and raw with maybe a little dash of edge for what it’s like being a girl growing up in a society that silences you.

Last Girls at the Party isn’t just a story about one night. It’s about identity, girlhood, survival, and healing. It’s for anyone who’s ever held on too tightly until they realize part of growing up means growing apart and becoming your own person.

This one means a lot to me and I hope you feel the story deep within where the things we hide most have a voice to finally grasp onto.
